[Nail Art] Pastel Easter

I'm not religious, but for those of you who are...

Happy Easter Sunday!

I actually should be studying for an exam right now, but...but....

The Easter Special is only a one-time chance out of one whole year!! T_T

Since I aced the first exam, I guess it wouldn't hurt my grade much. =P

Sorry, no Easter eggs! =O

 The Easter nail materials are:
  •  base coat
  • clear coat
  • white polish
  • blue polish
  • yellow polish
  • green polish
  • pink polish
  • silver glitter polish
  • sponge
  • Vaseline
 Step 1: Apply base coat

Step 2: Apply Vaseline on the fingers

Step 3: Apply the Easter colors on the sponge in random order

Step 4: Dap the sponge on to the nails

Tap lightly, and make sure your pattern is in the right angle!

Step 5: Remove excess nail polish on the skin

Easily done with Vaseline pasted on to the hand =)

Step 6: Apply silver glitter polish

Just to lighten up the matted colors. ;D

 Step 7: Apply top coat

Complete!!  =D

[Nail Art] Spring Yellow

This past week was hitting 10 degrees Celsius!
The weather was really nice.

I feel the Spring coming~ Yay! =D

Now, let's place the cold Winter aside and prepare ourselves for sunshine-filled Spring, shall we? ;)

A little bit of Sandra in the sun~ [Mambo No.5 - Lou Bega]

The materials you'll need:
  • clear polish
  • base coat
  • white polish
  • yellow polish
  • silver glitter art pen
  • pastel blue polish
  • pastel green polish
  • big & small pins
We will be using the pins for the polka dots!
Just you wait~ ;D

Step 1: Apply the base coat

We know this will be routine. ;)
Always apply the base coat before polishing colors!

Step 2: Apply the yellow polish

Geez, this yellow polish took three layers to look solid! >=(

Step 3: Use the big pin to make pastel green polka dots

Make that two dots with enough space for two more small dots in between~

Step 4: Use the small pin to make white polka dots between the pastel green

See what I mean? ;D

Step 5 (Optional): Alternate between pastel green and pastel blue polka dots on each finger

Well, this is if  you wanted to do so. =)
If not, go either blue or green all the way! >_<

Step 6: Apply glitter lines around the linear dots

Without it, it can look a little too plain and/or sloppy so I would recommend adding the glitter lines. :)

Step 7: Finish the nail art with a clear polish

Nail art always lasts longer when clear coat is applied. =D

And there you have it!
Your new Spring time yellow nail art!
